Tommy Balabon earned his degree from Salem State University's Bertolon School of Business, graduating cum laude. He began his medical sales career with Medline Industries in 2014, covering the New England market in the non-acute space. There, he developed a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and discovered his passion for helping organizations operate more efficiently. By leading Medline's GPO programs and several affiliate and partner initiatives, he gained firsthand insight into the challenges providers navigate, strengthening his commitment to helping them. Guided by that vision, Tommy founded Buyology to support members through trusted relationships and smart, practical solutions to help organizations leverage the power of collective purchasing.Tommy lives in New Hampshire with his wife, three boys, and two dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, being outdoors, and cheering on his Northeast sports teams.

With over 23 years of experience in healthcare and technology, Andrew manages the financial operations for Buyology. He understands that healthcare is a unique type of business that requires creative solutions. Throughout his career, he has blended medical care, business, and technology to streamline systems and drive smart decision-making. He believes this intersection will ultimately transform healthcare. Having worked with start-ups and larger companies such as Google and Apple, Andrew gained insight into how technology can improve the medical care experience from both the provider and patient perspective. He sees momentum for change in healthcare and how Buyology can unlock savings and efficiency through aggregated purchasing and streamlined procurement, empowering practices to invest more directly in patient care. The ultimate goal is to produce healthier patients. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He also spent five years as a firefighter paramedic in California and still volunteers regularly as a first responder in the Bay Area, where he resides with his creative ten-year-old daughter and active thirteen-year-old son.

Angela brings over eight years of experience in healthcare administration. With extensive experience working in a pediatric office, Angela has a deep understanding of the challenges medical practices face, positioning her to guide them toward greater efficiency and success. Angela earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Los Angeles Pacific University, an affiliate of Azusa Pacific University. Her career has been marked by strong leadership roles, including Assistant Manager and Assistant Practice Administrator in pediatrics. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence, Angela partners closely with practices to help them thrive. Based in the picturesque San Luis Obispo area of California with her husband and child. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys baking bread, exploring national parks, camping, and spending quality time with family. Angela is thrilled to join the Buyology team, having worked alongside them for many years and benefitted from the company's tools and support in her own career. Now, she's excited to leverage her expertise to help other practices achieve their goals and guide them toward greater efficiency and success.
